Store Policies

Visit our Appointment tab to schedule your appointment online or give us a call directly! Appointments are available during our open store hours. 

Off hours appointments are available upon request and are subject to staff availability -- a $50 appointment fee is charged for all off hours appointments, please call to check availability.

We ask that the bride bring only 4 guests to her appointment, all of which must be over the age of 12 unless they are being fitted for a gown.

If your wedding is cancelled or no longer needed, we'll share your tears but the dresses you ordered are yours. All sales are final- No returns or exchanges.

Absolutely no food or drink allowed in the store, with the exception of clear water.
